Modular building block design: The unique three-dimensional column thermostat design not only has a novel style, but also makes the installation and replacement of the chromatographic column extremely easy, compatible with conventional analytical columns (15cm, 25cm, 30cm) and semi-prepared chromatographic columns.
Advanced semiconductor refrigeration column thermostat: Wide temperature control range and high precision, especially suitable for low temperature separation of biological samples and thermally unstable compounds, ensuring accurate and reliable analysis results.

System-wide leakage alarm: Key modules are equipped with leakage sensors. Once a leakage is detected, the system not only issues an audible alarm, but also automatically stops running if left unattended for a long time to maximize the safety of the instrument and laboratory.
High pressure infusion pump guarantee:
Double plunger reciprocating large stroke design ensures high accuracy and wide flow range.
Import integrated one-way valve, reliable performance, plunger rod and sealing ring easy to replace.
Plunger rod online automatic cleaning function: effectively extend the life of the sealing ring.
Automatic exhaust function: Quickly remove pipeline air bubbles, saving time and preventing pump damage.
After-flushing function optimization: As soon as the pump is started, the cleaning program is automatically executed to effectively prevent residues, protect the system, and improve the reliability of the results.
software upgrade
LC-5520 is equipped with a powerful chromatography workstation, with free switching between Chinese and English interfaces to meet global user requests. This software update brings a number of intelligent and convenient improvements:
1. Intelligent exhaust: With a click of the mouse, the instrument exhaust valve can be controlled directly through the software interface with one click, easily discharging waste liquid and bubbles without manual operation, improving convenience and safety.
2. Intelligent auto-sampler management: The software can monitor and display the status of the sample bottle in real time. When an empty bottle of the auto-sampler is detected, the system can automatically skip this position to the next column (the latest function) to avoid wasting time and reagents and ensure the smooth operation of the sequence.
3. Data output and analysis expansion:
New export * .cdf format function: This is a key step to achieve data compatibility! Exported .cdf files (if in AIA format) can be directly used for traditional Chinese medicine chromatographic fingerprint analysis and other third-party professional data processing software, providing strong support for complex system research and standard formulation.
4. Intuitive and comprehensive anti-control function: Easy centralized control and parameter monitoring of all modules such as infusion pumps, detectors, column thermostats, etc. on a single workstation interface.
