GC-4000A Series Gas Chromatograph

The GC-4000A comprises versatile laboratory gas chromatographs suitable for analyzing permanent gases, as well as gases, liquids, and gas-liquid mixtures with boiling points below 400°C. They are widely used in fields such as petroleum, chemical engineering, coal mining, food and environmental science, pesticides, public health and epidemic prevention, quality supervision, and forensic chemistry.

 

Five Interchangeable Detectors Thermal Conductivity Detector (TCD), Flame Ionization Detector (FID), Flame Photometric Detector (FPD), Nitrogen Phosphorus Detector (NPD), and Electron Capture Detector (ECD).

Large Oven Chamber: Accommodates three chromatographic columns simultaneously.

Triple-Detector Configuration: Supports installation of any three detectors with independent circuit systems and signal outputs.

Flexible Column Compatibility: Compatible with both packed columns and capillary columns of various diameters.

Stable Temperature Control System: 10-stage programmable temperature ramp; Independent temperature control for injector and each detector;  Over-temperature protection;  Seven heating zones for precise thermal management.

Automatic Back-Door Control: Accelerates cooling rate for improved efficiency.

Accessory Support: Backflush device, pre-cut device, methane converter, and pyrolysis furnace attachment.
