PRO-MS 3600 Online Process Mass Spectrometer

The PRO-MS 3600 online process mass spectrometer is a process gas detection instrument based on high-throughput quadrupole technology. It consists of an injection system, a detector system and a data analysis system. The component content of complex process gases is calculated through matrix mathematics. The detection lower limit is as low as a few ppb and the upper limit can reach 100%. It is suitable for detecting some organic or inorganic gaseous samples, with a fast response speed. It can be applied to online gas monitoring, catalytic reaction monitoring, trace gas detection, real-time monitoring and early warning of environmental gases, etc.
