Vitamin B2, also known as riboflavin, is orange-yellow and easily destroyed by alkali, light and metal elements. Riboflavin is an important component of many oxidoreductases and participates in energy and protein metabolism. Deficiency of riboflavin in animals can cause growth retardation, decreased productivity, premature birth, embryonic death and fetal malformation. Therefore, vitamin B2 is an important part of animal feed additives. This experiment refers to GB/T14701-2002 "Determination of Vitamin B2 in Feed" to determine 4% compound premix for laying hens during the laying period.
