GC-4285 Gas Chromatograph for Coal Mine

The GC-4285 is a specialized GC designed for coal mine use and serves as the core component of automated tube-bundle monitoring systems in mining environments. It features dual independently controlled column ovens, a three-column parallel configuration with simultaneous injection, and a flexible design allowing the use of dedicated columns and interchangeable detectors. The system can be connected to an auto sampler and underground gas sampling tubes, enabling automated continuous sampling, pre-cutting, detection, automatic alarm triggering for exceedance of gas concentration limits, and report printing—all under computer control and data processing workstation management. It provides real-time monitoring of gas composition changes during coal seam oxidation and spontaneous combustion processes, enhances the accuracy of early fire hazard prediction, measures variations in gas component concentrations within sealed fire zones, and assists in determining the degree of fire extinction.
