GC-4200 (08 ) Gas Chromatograph

The GC-4200 (08 ) represents a new generation of mining-specific gas chromatographs from EWAI. Building upon the proven stability and reliability of the GC-4008, it features full Electronic Pneumatic Control (EPC), a 10-inch touchscreen, and Ethernet communication. These enhancements significantly improve automation capabilities and user interaction, better meeting customer demands for automated operation and real-time data transmission. This instrument is designed for coal mine analytical laboratories, supporting applications such as mine gas analysis, fire forecasting, risk assessment of gas explosions, comprehensive analysis of disaster gas components during mine rescue operations, and evaluation of fire extinction levels and unsealing indicators.

1. Rapid Multi-Component Analysis： Completes analysis of 13 fire-related gas components within 10–15 minutes per injection, including CO, CO₂, H₂, O₂, N₂, CH₄, C₂H₄, C₂H₆, C₂H₂, C₃H₈, C₃H₆, iC₄H₁₀, and nC₄H₁₀.

2. 10-Inch Touch Color Screen： User-friendly graphical interface with intuitive parameter configuration via touchscreen.

3. Comprehensive Safety Protection： Includes over-temperature protection, low-temperature alarm, circuit break protection, and gas supply failure protection.

4. High-Precision Electronic Flow Control： Accurately displays flow rates for each flow path, ensuring result accuracy and reproducibility.

5. Mobile App Support ：Enables remote monitoring and control via smartphone or tablet.

6. Anti-Burn Safety for Column Oven： Automatically stops motor rotation and heating when the door is opened, resuming operation upon closure.

7. Optional Network Connectivity： Supports data upload by integrating client platform communication protocols into the workstation, meeting custom data format requirements.

8. Fully Automated Operation： Computer-controlled system compatible with tube bundle monitoring systems for continuous cyclic sampling and analysis.
