GC-4095 (A) Portable Gas Analyzer For Coal Mine

The GC-4095(A) portable gas analyzer for coal mines is mainly applied to the multi-component analysis of air composition in underground mines. It can be used for the full-component analysis of mine gas at the mine operation site or in the laboratory to monitor the variation law of gas component concentration during the spontaneous combustion of coal and prevent spontaneous combustion and gas explosion. When this instrument is used for on-site analysis in mine operations, it adopts direct sampling on site. After sampling is completed, only the ten-way valve needs to be switched to complete the sample injection.

GC-4095 (A) Portable Gas Analyzer for Coal Mine

The instrument features advanced technology, rational design, and convenient portability.
  • Analyzable gas components: Oxygen, nitrogen, methane, ethylene, ethane, acetylene, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, etc.
  • High-precision gas thermal conductivity sensor: Adopts silicon micro-technology, featuring low power consumption, a wide temperature range, high sensitivity, low detection limit, and high detection accuracy.
  • Lightweight and compact: With a novel design, it is equipped with a built-in carrier gas cylinder and a rechargeable lithium battery, making it suitable for emergency monitoring and on-site analysis.
  • Low working environment requirements: It can work at room temperature without heating, requiring only instrument stabilization.
  • Rational design with ten-way valve sampling: A single injection enables the analysis of multi-component mine gas content.
  • Short analysis cycle: The total analysis time does not exceed 18 minutes.
  • Two-channel design: O₂, N₂, CH₄, and CO are detected in Channel A; CO₂, C₂H₄, C₂H₆, and C₂H₂ are detected in Channel B.
  • Convenient application: Only one type of gas is needed as the carrier gas, with no requirement for fuel gas or oxidant gas.
  • Non-destructive testing: The gas sample can be subjected to secondary analysis and detection.
  • Simple operation: After rotating the ten-way valve for sampling, the instrument automatically starts peak output and stops automatically after all components are detected. The content report is generated directly without additional processing.
  • Large storage capacity: The instrument can store 2000 test results and the latest 56 pieces of original test data. Data can be backed up to a computer via the workstation, and original data can be re-analyzed through the workstation. Result data is saved in text file format, facilitating users to extract data for report or form preparation.
  • Compatibility with supporting system: When used with our EW-GC-95 coal mine gas analysis data processing system (with a built-in explosion triangle analysis system), instrument data can be transmitted to the workstation system for more convenient data processing and analysis.
