EW-4430 Portable Foaming Agent Rapid Detector

The EW-4430 is developed based on the existing EW-4400, with optimized internal structure. Without increasing the overall dimensions, a solid sample pyrolysis furnace has been integrated, enabling the analysis of samples in various states—including gaseous, liquid, and solid forms—while maintaining a compact and portable design. In essence, the EW-4430 is a portable instrument capable of rapidly detecting blowing agents not only in gaseous and liquid forms, but also in solid foam samples, making it a versatile solution for comprehensive blowing agent analysis in foam plastics.

Detection Limit: 0.3 ppb (benzene).

Linear Range: 10⁵ Photoionization.

Detector (PID) Photon energy: 10.6 eV Radiation-free ionization using photons.

Lightweight & Portable Design: Ideal for on-site analysis and emergency environmental incident response.

Carrier Gas Flexibility: Operates with high-purity nitrogen or air as carrier gas No hydrogen or support gases required Built-in carrier gas cylinder.

Non-Destructive Detection: Safe and reliable operation.

Aqueous VOC Analysis: Direct head space sampling and injection.

Minimal Sample Preparation: No chemical pretreatment, concentration, enrichment, or adsorption-thermal desorption required.

Direct injection ensures accurate and reliable results.

Award: BCEIA Gold Award (2005)
