HG3000PII Hydride Generator

The HG3000PII is a continuous-flow hydride generator, mainly used for the analysis of elements that can form hydrides. These elements include Sb, As, Bi, Ge, Pb, Se, Te, and Ti. The analysis of these elements can reach the ppb level. The same system can also analyze the Hg element at the ppb level using the cold vapor method.

This system is a continuous flow system, which can perform integral processing on signals. Compared with the hydride generation system that generates instantaneous signals, this system can filter noise and improve the detection limit.

The continuous flow process also means that it has a faster analysis speed when conducting analysis according to a detailed process or performing multiple verification experiments. The typical sample analysis throughput is 60 samples per hour, with each sample analyzed 3 times. Under the same conditions, other systems can analyze at most 20 - 30 samples per hour. Obviously, the HG3000PII can effectively improve the working efficiency of the laboratory.
