A continuous flow hydride generator can yield accurate analysis results.

The HG3000 is a continuous flow hydride generator, mainly used for the analysis of elements that can form hydrides. These elements include Sb, As, Bi, Ge, Pb, Se, Te, and Ti. The analysis of these elements can reach the ppb level. The same system can also analyze Hg at the ppb level using the cold vapor method.

Since this system is a continuous flow system, it can perform integration processing on the signals. Compared with hydride generation systems that produce instantaneous signals, this system can filter out noise and improve the detection limit. For general hydride generators, to achieve the same sensitivity as the continuous flow system, a larger sample volume is required, which means longer preparation and analysis times.

The continuous flow process also means a faster analysis speed when conducting analysis according to a detailed procedure or performing multiple verification experiments. The typical sample analysis throughput is 60 samples per hour, with each sample analyzed three times. Under the same conditions, other systems can analyze at most 20 - 30 samples per hour. Obviously, the HG3000 can effectively improve the working efficiency of the laboratory.
